The search for a new mascot for Teton High School in Driggs continues, and has now moved into the community nomination phase for names. This is a brainstorming survey and is NOT A VOTE. This will generate a simple list that will eventually be voted on by current district students grades 8 – 12. You may submit different nominations by completing the survey multiple times. To be considered, the name must be sustainable, it must represent the community, it must be something that can be represented by an image on clothing, displays or other formats, and it should abide by school policies. The need for a new mascot was determined by a decision that the current mascot, The Redskins, was not politically correct. Nomination forms are available on the high school’s facebook page.
