KIFI TV is reporting that a Driggs man who traveled to Ukraine for his partner’s treatment has been killed. Jim Hill traveled to Chernihiv in December for life-extending MS treatment for his partner and Ukraine citizen, Irina.
Hill’s family friend Karin Moseley told KIFI the U.S. Embassy told her that Hill was found dead in the street by Ukraine police. According to Jim’s Sister Cheryl Gordon that Hill was in a bread line when gunned down by Russian snipers. Ukrainian officials report 10 people were killed Wednesday in Chernihiv while standing in the bread line.
