A two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Idaho 33 and 32 Monday evening partially blocked traffic there for about 4 ½ hours while two of the victims were flown to Idaho Falls for medical attention.
According to the Idaho State Police, 34-year-old Dustin Aschenbeck of Bozeman, MT, was traveling south on SH32 and failed to yield at the intersection to through traffic. His car collided with the car driven 44-year-old Chad Egbert of Newdale, ID who was westbound at the time.
Aschenbeck and his passenger, 69-year old Diedrich Aschenbeck,of Marietta, GA, were transported by air ambulance to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. Egbert was not transported. All occupants were wearing seatbelts.
