Thanksgiving Day means many offices and businesses will be closed. Closures include the town offices which will be closed both Thursday and Friday, START Bus will not operate commuter service – START Bus will also be suspending service in East Jackson during the Turkey Trot from 8:00AM to 2:00PM, and START will run only one bus each to Star Valley and Teton Valley to Jackson in the morning and returning in the evening. Of course, all federal offices will be closed for the day Thursday including the post offices. Teton County’s trash transfer station and recycle center will not be open on Thursday but will resume regular hours on Friday. Teton County Library will be observing the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday as well.
