The Town of Jackson has released for public comment three draft documents that establish a new Historic Preservation program, update the zoning standards for the Town Square area, and establish a new Town Center Design Overlay that provides architectural standards to protect the western character of the Town Square area.
The public may review all of the proposed materials, including narrated videos that summarize the proposed changes, and take a survey. Interested persons should refer to this website for all updates to the proposed documents and for the project’s review schedule, such as public hearing dates. The Town Planning Commission will hear this item at 5:30 pm on September 2nd.
