With Christmas in the rear-view mirror, it’s time to dispose of the Christmas tree and the town of Jackson has some tips to make it easy.
First remove all decorations- tinsel, lights, and ornaments.
Then, you can take it to the Trash Transfer Station or to the Rodeo Grounds between now and January 31st for FREE! Please look for the designated area at the Rodeo Grounds.
This applies to residential Christmas trees only no commercial disposal is allowed.
Christmas trees will be chipped and used as fuel rather than go to the landfill.
No Christmas tree drop offs after January 31.
