The Town of Jackson has proclaimed tomorrow “Small Business Saturday.” The day celebrates and supports small businesses for all they do for our communities across the country. According to the United States Small Business Administration, there are currently over 30 million small businesses in the United States. They represent over 99.7 percent of all businesses with employees in the U.S. A national survey by Zenreach predicts brick and mortar stores, especially small retailers, will see business dip to 21.5% of the 2019 normal, should the current trends hold. The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce would like to take this opportunity to single out Jackson’s small businesses and show support for them by encouraging the community and visitors to visit a local shop, whether it’s to run an errand, buy a gift, or grab a bite. Every purchase helps.
