By taking no action, the Jackson Town Council upheld a condition of approval that required Teton County Housing Authority must move from its location on Broadway to the Phase 1 section of the Grove Project.
The TCHA had sought to shed that condition citing costs and lost rental income.
In an earlier motion before the Town Planning Commission no action was taken.
Councilors sought greater flexibility with the property on Broadway.
