The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is inviting the public to participate in the development of a long-term feed-ground management plan beginning with the first in a series of virtual meetings next Tuesday. The state Game and Fish Department manages several feed-grounds in Wyoming, and the meetings are part of a public process to address the increasing complexities of supplemental feeding of elk on those western Wyoming feed-grounds. Among the concerns are wildlife diseases, including chronic wasting disease. Participants must register in advance of the meetings. Enrolled participants will receive a confirmation email with a link to join the meeting. Identical virtual meetings will be conducted each day through Friday.
