The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) has begun its biannual Customer Satisfaction Survey and is inviting Wyoming residents to share their feedback. This survey aims to gather insights on residents’ experiences with WYDOT and Wyoming Highway Patrol services, helping the agency identify areas for improvement.
The survey is being conducted by the Wyoming Survey and Analysis Center (WYSAC) at the University of Wyoming, using a random sampling process by phone and mail. The survey will run from November 6 through December 31, 2024, and is expected to take about 15 minutes to complete. WYDOT emphasizes that participation is voluntary, and only responses collected through WYSAC’s phone or mail outreach will be included.
Importantly, the survey will not ask for personal information or offer payment. If you receive a suspicious call asking for personal details or payment on behalf of WYDOT, it is recommended to hang up, as this is likely a scam.
WYDOT thanks those who participate for their time and feedback, which will help improve transportation services across the state.
