A new study from financial technology company SmartAsset has found the places in Wyoming where home values have risen the most have been led by Teton County. The home value rankings are one factor in a three part study on the places receiving the most value for their property taxes.
The analysis measured the change in home values in each county throughout a five-year period. According to the study, Teton County saw a home value growth of 38.15%, followed by Platte County with a home value growth of 28.2% and Park County at 26.17%.
Meanwhile, the study lists the median home value in Teton County at $827,400 which not surprisingly was by far the highest in the state. The median value in Platte County was listed at $173,700 and in Park County at $254,800. SmartAsset is a financial technology company designed to provide personal finance advice on the web.
