The Wyoming Game and Fish Department reminds hunters that applications for resident elk, deer, and antelope, as well as nonresident deer and antelope fall hunts, are due by midnight MDT on June 2, 2025. All submissions must be made online through the department’s website, ensuring a streamlined process for securing limited quota licenses. The Hunt Planner tool offers interactive mapping, allowing hunters to explore hunt areas, view public and private lands, and toggle between road maps and satellite imagery. Detailed topography and access information, along with marked wildlife habitat management areas, walk-in, and hunter management areas, assist in planning.
Hunters without computer access or needing assistance can use computer stations at Game and Fish regional offices or Cheyenne headquarters. The department encourages early submissions to avoid last-minute issues, with support available at 307-777-4600. Application fees vary by species and residency, such as $57 for resident elk and $692 for nonresident elk, plus a $15 nonresident or $5 resident application fee and a $21.50 conservation stamp. Draw results are expected June 19, 2025, for these species. For more details, visit wgfd.wyo.gov.
