The Wyoming Snow and Avalanche Workshop is on the calendar for October 21st and -22nd.
The symposium is part of Teton County Search and Rescue’s Backcountry Zero initiative and deals with safety, risk, and decision-making in snow country.
The two-day event will be held at the Center for the arts and is in partnership with the Bridger-Teton Avalanche Center and Central Wyoming College.
The 8th annual workshop is returning to full in-person capacity at the Center and will also offer virtual viewing for those who can’t be there in person.
The price of admission is $10 for Friday, $30 for Saturday, or $35 for both days. There is no cost to watch virtually, but you must register. Advanced registration is strongly encouraged.
