Wyoming State Senator Mike Gierau has announced his campaign for re-election for State Senate District 17.
In his years of public service, Senator Gierau has served on the Jackson Town Council, Teton County Commissioners, and as a Representative and Senator in the Wyoming Legislature.
In addition, Gierau recently served on both the Joint Appropriations Committee and Management Council. As a small business owner, Gierau knows the issues affecting not only Teton County but also our neighbors across the state.
Gierau says he counts tax relief for seniors, funding for K-12 schools, advocating for funding for developmentally disabled children, capital construction for CWC’s Jackson campus, funding for small businesses regarding COVID relief, and funding services for at-risk kids as some of his most important work in the Senate.
