A long-time Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper who was arrested this week by the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office has been charged with three sex crime counts.
Sgt. Gabriel Testerman of Cheyenne who was a patroller with nearly 20 years’ experience was arrested on Tuesday and charged with inflicting sexual intrusion on a victim.
He had his first day in court on Wednesday and is being held on a $100,000 cash bond.
The Wyoming Highway Patrol said it is fully cooperating with the investigation.
Testerman is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on September 7th.
