February 19, 2013 Jackson Hole, State of Wyoming, Teton County No Comments
JH Ski and Snowboard

The Jackson Hole Ski & Snowboard Club’s Nordic Program raced in the final Intermountain Junior National Qualifier at the Boise, Idaho this past weekend. J2 athletes  raced 5km and the J1 & OJ athletes raced a 10km on Saturday with uncommonly warm temperatures. The J2, J1 & OJ athletes raced on the same course, with a lot of gentle rolling terrain, which meant that the athletes had very little rest on the course. The races started earlier on Sunday, which lead to fast conditions and good temps for racing. The J2, J1 & OJ athletes all skied 5km.  The team has raced the past three weekends in a row, and have one more to go next weekend at Wyoming High School State Championships.
