4A West Regionals wrapped up over the weekend seeing the Jackson girls dropping out of the tournament early with 2 quick losses. The Lady Broncs got a boost from Audrey Fouras, who returned from a long injury layoff. Rachel Noyce and Caroline Fouras also helped Jackson throw a real scare into the top-seeded Cody Fillies before losing 59-28.
The Lady Broncs lost the following day to Star Valley to end their season. Meanwhile, The Jackson boys used a buzzer beating ‘three’ to knock off the Cody Broncs 36-35 in round one to advance. A 15-point defeat at the hands of the Riverton Wolverines though moved Jackson to the consolation round. The Broncs were eventually eliminated by Natrona County, 51-44, on Saturday morning.
