The federal government’s COVID-19 Public Health Emergency designation ends today, but they say the COVID-19 pandemic is not over.
Changes are happening, including COVID-19 antigen tests no longer being covered by federal insurance mandates, and changes to the COVID-19 vaccine program coming in the fall.
The Teton County Health Department will continue to provide free vaccines while available and will notify the community of future changes.
To make a vaccine appointment, visit www.tetoncountywy.gov/covidvax or call 307-732-8628. COVID-19 testing is still available through the federal government’s free program, and free antigen tests are available at the Teton County Health Department.
