Mexican National Sent Home From Jackson

A 43 year-old Mexican national arrested earlier this year in Jackson was sentenced yesterday in Federal District Court to time served plus ten days, ordered to pay a $100 special assessment and deported back to Mexico upon his release.  Alfredo Muniga-Fuentes was charged under federal immigration laws with illegal re-entry into the US after a previous deportation.
