Gasoline prices are seeing a seasonal dip in price now nationwide, while they seem to be remaining stubbornly high here.  Amerine Woodyard of the US Energy Information Administration says the national average price as of yesterday was $3.55 a gallon of regular gasoline.  Woodyard says that’s down 5.2 cents from a week ago, based on the weekly price survey by the U.S. Energy Information Administration.  She says pump prices were highest in the West Coast region at 3.87 a gallon, down 3.4 cents from a week ago; while prices were lowest in the Gulf Coast States at 3.23 a gallon, down 7 cents. AAA Auto Club is reporting Wyoming’s average price is in the upper 40% of statewide averages nationwide, averaging $3.62 a gallon.  Here in Jackson Hole, the average of prices reported on the Microsoft Network is $3.84 per gallon while the average in Teton Valley, Idaho is $3.67 per gallon.
