The Wyoming Department of Highways says things are progressing well on the West Broadway project in Jackson with only two small sections of concrete left to pour. Spokesperson Stephanie Harsha says once they have cured, traffic should be back on all four lanes by the first week of December, weather-permitting. Harsha adds there will be some loose ends to tie up next construction season. Those include adjacent sidewalks and some median islands. Still she says, traffic will again be flowing as it did prior to construction.
