A wine business located in the Dairy Subdivision in Teton County has been seeking to amend its county permit to allow them to host wine tasting events.
Jackson Hole Winery and it neighbors will have to wait a little longer for a decision.
The Teton County Commissioners heard arguments from the applicant and neighbors about conditions that could be placed on the business’s operations.
Some neighbors of the winery said that more rules need to be put in place to allow the business to continue hosting their events, such as operating hours, the number of guests, and the days of production.
Some said the winery did not meet home business requirements as to the number of employees allowed on site.
Commissioners asked staff to refine specifics of the Conditional Use Permit including the number of people allowed at the wine tastings, employees on site, and parking.
The next hearing will be December 6th.
