The Jackson Town Council meets tomorrow at 6 PM at the Town Hall on Pearl Avenue. They will approve payments to vendors to the tune of 735000 dollars. They will also review the December Municipal Court Report and update employee housing rules for units on Mercill Avenue.
New EV for police
The council is also being asked to approve the purchase of an all-electric car for the Jackson Police Department.
The new Chevy Bolt would be driven by one of the Town’s community service police officers.
The Town had originally budgeted 40000 to replace the CSO vehicle, but when Teton Motors submitted their bid, they said they could close the deal for 22670 after a trade-in.
There will be two liquor license hearings at Monday night’s meeting. One for a new restaurant license at El Abuelito Mexican Restaurant and an internal license transfer at the Philipps 66.
Other meetings set
The Alta Solid Waste Board is set to meet on Wednesday afternoon. The Town Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday evening.
The Town of Jackson Equity Task Force monthly meeting and The Jackson Hole Travel and Tourism Board Regular Meeting is scheduled for Thursday.
