Jackson’s Town Council has appointed Wendy Martinez to the Town of Jackson’s Planning Commission. Martinez grew up in Jackson and will bring a thorough understanding of the community, the challenges many locals are facing, and the opportunities that planning and zoning can potentially provide. She is currently Homeowner Services Manager at Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area where she coordinates the selection process, monitors homeowner compliance with deed restrictions, originates loans, and works throughout the community to increase awareness of homeownership programs. As Martinez joins the Planning Commission, David Vandenberg completes a nine-year term of service on this same board.
