Town of Jackson Officials got a look at what the old Jackson Hole Twin Cinema Building on Pearl Avenue is going to look like.
On Wednesday, members of the Design Review Committee got some sketches of proposed exterior treatments for the building located at Pearl and Jackson Streets.
The proposed project primarily utilizes a gray corrugated metal and wood composite siding.
The building, which had housed two movie screens for decades, is proposed to be divided into two tenant spaces, one of which is purported to be a real estate office.
A covered walkway canopy is proposed to extend from the southern portion of the building to the north along the western facade.
Additional items include a raised planter box and a pedestrian bench which must be reviewed and approved by Town Council.
