A three-story office and lodging project is being proposed at the end of South Cache.
The project consists of redeveloping the old parking lot of 43 North and constructing a mixed-use building with office, residential, and short-term rental uses. The proposed project would also include some deed restricted housing units
The building height is 42’-0” and the design includes an elevated exterior courtyard on the second story as well as private rooftop patio space for select units.
The developers propose to make the exterior of the building similar to the neighboring building to the north.
