October 5, 2024 by Jackson Hole Radio

Emergency Response training
Pack Trail Fire is growing southward towards the Upper Gros Ventre drainage.
The Upper Gros Ventre prepares to evacuate. The Gros Ventre corridor above the Lower Gros Ventre Rd and Goosewing Rd Junction, including the Goosewing Guard Station, Goosewing Ranch, Elk Track Ranch, Fish Creek Ranch and all points east of the Goosewing Rd Junction are in the Set Stage. Persons in this area must be prepared to evacuate due to the growth of the Pack Trail Fire southward. Monitor NOAA Weather Radio, Teton_WY Alerts SMS/email/phone calls,
Wireless Emergency Alerts, and/or local radio stations 89.1FM, 88.3FM, 93.5FM, 95.3FM, and 96.9FM for possible orders to evacuate in the future. DO NOT WAIT for an evacuation alert if you feel your life is in danger. Evacuate immediately if you feel the fire is approaching and you may get trapped.
