Anyone who has children of their own or work regularly with children know that they often cannot keep track of their things – whether its mittens in the winter or in this case, water bottles. Teton County Waste Diversion and Outreach Coordinator Carrie Bell says an effort is under way through the county recycling center to collect water bottles that can be sanitized and given to students at the middle school who forget to bring their own or lose their bottles. Drop-off locations for the bottles are the Jackson Hole Middle School, the Recycling Center or Jackson Town Hall. The used reusable water bottles should be in good condition with no teeth marks, heavy stains or residual odors.
