You’ll still be able to identify to Montana Highway Patrol cars by the familiar blue and red lights on top, but the sides of 50 white patrol cars will look a bit different. In celebration of the patrol’s 85th anniversary, the patrol cars will sport new logos on the doors celebrating their years of service since 1935. The logos are actually a throwback to their 1985 design, but another logo will be placed on the post behind the rear side windows displaying an 85 and the dates 1935 to 2020.
